We are seeking an experienced Interim Human Resource Professional with proven start-up experiences to join our team and assist with the immediate business startup.
Job Description
As the Interim Human Resource Professional, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing our HR functions to support the rapid growth of our recycling startup. You will be responsible for implementing all HR strategies, policies, and procedures, while ensuring a safe positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that align seamlessly with the company's vision and objectives by integrating innovative HR startup approaches within the comprehensive startup master plan.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive employee work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication and mutual respect.
- Performance Management:: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback, and support employee development
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation & Benefits:: Conduct benchmarking of manufacturing industries to establish a competitive suite of benefits, including the identification of HRIS systems that encompasses compensation, complete and competitive benefits packages, and payroll management. Research, recommend and assist in implementation of pay and benefit systems.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.
- Workplace Safety: Promote and maintain a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with safety regulations.
